Life Transitions Refugee was founded by Tim Elverson. Tim has spent a number of years developing and managing programmes to support vulnerable and traumatised people around the world.
He has previously worked in post-conflict mental health in Libya and co-founded award winning charity the Snowdrop Project supporting international victims of human trafficking. 
Since September 2015 Tim has visited refugee camps, churches and  services throughout Europe helping them to provide sensitive and effective support to refugees.
